Return Policy

Most products are custom made to order. Custom made signs are made to your specifications, including modifications and/or logo imprint and as such cannot be resold to another customer. Custom products are therefore non-returnable. Pre-made signs or other products which are not custom-made can be returned for resale to another customer. These products must be returned within 30 days in the original container and in saleable condition. They must not have been used. No restocking fee is applied. Shipping fees however are non-refundable. All returns must include a Return Authorization number placed on the outside of the package. Please call Zip Sign Letters for Return Authorization number and we will credit you 25% when the product is received at the appropriate plant. This only applies to orders under $1000.00 and only for actual product. Other charges (such as shipping) cannot be credited. We are not responsible for freight charges.
