Stud Notes Cast Metal Sign Letters have threaded stud bosses for thread insertion. Flat Cut Metal Sign Letters have tapped holes for stud insertion and are stud welded. |

Flush Mounting Studs are set in adhesive cement. There is no space between the metal letter and the mounting surface. |

Projected Jam Nut Mounting Studs are set in adhesive cement. Stainless steel jam nuts are inserted between the cast metal sign letter and the mounting surface. |

Projected Spacer Mounting Studs are set in adhesive cement. Pre-cut spacers are inserted between the cast metal letter and the letter mounting surface. |
|
Corrugated Mounting Studs are set using jam nuts on the front and back of the corrugation. You will need access to the rear of the wall for this letter application. |

Flat Metal Wall Mounting Where you have access to the rear of the wall, washers and nuts are used on both sides of it. |
